LATTICE is deliberately balanced: seven SMEs drive innovation and carry 49.8% of the effort; security operations centres, a national CSIRT and a working hospital provide validation at scale; five universities anchor the research. Northern, Central and Southern Europe are all at the table — so the platform is proven across regulatory and maturity contexts, not one country's.

Leads requirements, architecture and the integration framework (WP2), advancing AI-based network intrusion detection from prototypes that ITTI reports reach 99.94% accuracy, toward operational deployment.
